Membership
Membership in the Collaborative is limited to CHIs. The Collaborative is governed by the Membership (ie, one representative designated by each CHI member).  All decisions are made through the use of a modified consensus process.  Members meet on a monthly basis and have established a structure in conducting the work of the organization, including an Executive Board, an Executive Director, Tides Center as its fiscal sponsor, Standing Committees and Ad Hoc Work Teams. 

Committees & Working Groups
CCHI has three working groups that were established to address specific issues and programmatic areas for the organization. These include the following:

3. Fund Development Committee
