

Alison Lobb has been a leader in health care advocacy for many years. She has broad international experience as a government advisor on poverty-oriented public policy in developing countries, particularly in the sectors of health, education, community development, and civic education. Since returning to California, Alison has narrowed her focus to health care coverage programs for low-income populations.
Before joining the CCHI staff, Alison worked on the local CHI level as the program planning analyst for Healthy Kids Sonoma County. Prior to that, she worked in the Economic Assistance Division of the Sonoma County Human Services Department processing applicants to the Medi-Cal, CMSP and Food Stamps programs.
Alison has a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and an MBA from City University of Frankfurt, Germany.
